CopperBeech Full English


Two meat-free sausages, tofu scramble, two crispy hash browns,

half a grilled tomato, mushrooms, and baked beans


Tofu Florentine


A lightly toasted Ciabatta roll with each half layered with buttered spinach,

griddled tofu and a drizzle of olive oil


Sourdough Crumpets


Two toasted, topped with fresh banana slices and

dollop of our homemade vegan caramel peanut butter


 Medley of mushrooms


Sauteed in our Copperbeech plant-based lemon herby butter then set on toasted sourdough


French Toast


Topped with fresh fruit, maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon sugar


Baked Avocado


Two halves of a fresh avocado (stone removed), filled with tofu and mushrooms, topped with our Copperbeech 10- spice blend, baked, then finished with a balsamic glaze


** 10 spice blend consists of: sesame seed, orange peel, lemon peel,  cayenne pepper, poppy seed,

black pepper, chai seeds, ginger, seaweed, rock salt & rapeseed oil
